All members gain access to UNLIMITED CLASSES AT our 2,000 sq ft workout facility and programs such as: Cardio, Strength Training, Free Weights. HITT Training, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu for Adults & Kids.
High-Quality Gym Equipment
At CrossFit Altadena we pride ourselves on providing top of the line equipment to ensure our clients receive their fitness goals. Our facility is equipped with Rogue and Get Rxd barbells, Concept2 rowers, Concept2 Ski Ergs, Bike Ergs, Rogue Echo bikes and a Rogue Pull up rig to enhance your CrossFit training experience! We also offer a variety of kettlebells, wall balls, plyometric boxes and Dumbells for comprehensive functional fitness workouts. We also have climbing ropes and gymnastic rings to make ourselves better with all gymnastic movements.

Coach Jay
I’m a 50-year-old CrossFit coach and the proud owner of CrossFit Altadena, which I opened in 2014. My journey started in 2012 when I was out of shape and needed a change. I stumbled upon CrossFit and quickly fell in love with the community, the challenge, and the results. Over the years, I’ve transformed not just my body, but my mindset, and I’m passionate about helping others do the same. At CrossFit Altadena, we foster a welcoming and supportive environment where people of all ages and fitness levels—from 18 to 80—can push their limits and achieve their goals.
Coach Heath
I've been passionate about CrossFit for the past 10 years and bring my experience as an Air Force veteran to my coaching. During my time in the military, I worked on a helicopter-integrated SWAT team, focusing on nuclear asset protection and was in charge of training a small team. That experience shaped my approach to leadership and coaching. At CrossFit Altadena, I’m excited to help members reach their goals and be part of a supportive, hard-working community. Whether you're new to CrossFit or have been at it for years, I'm here to guide and grow alongside you.
Coach Sol
Sol Anaya grew up in small town in Michoacán, Mexico where she learned that natural foods, hard work outdoors and living healthy are the staples to a happy life. Since moving to Southern California, she’s been dedicated to teaching others her understanding of healthy living through diet and fitness. After Achieving both her level I & II CrossFit Certifications and recently adding to her resume the “Certification for Developmentally Challenged” she has through independent and class environments created a motivational experience for others to find their fitness and diet voice.
